Across six sessions, we can explore the challenges happening right now while building the skills and self-awareness that will support you longer term. That might include boundaries, delegation, difficult conversations, performance, decision-making, confidence or learning how to support your people without carrying everything for them. The sessions are structured enough to create progress but flexible enough to respond to what’s actually happening in your work and life. You’ll leave with greater confidence in how you lead, practical tools you can use immediately and a clearer sense of the leader you want to become.
